THIS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY OUTLINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND MODIFICATIONS OF BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE WWW.HITTOTRIPINDIA.COM ("WEBSITE"). BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.
Payment Terms

Advance Payment
30% of the total tour package cost must be paid in advance to receive booking confirmation via official email. -
Balance Payment Before Yatra
Approximately 70% of the tour package amount should be paid 30 days prior to the yatra date. -
Full Payment Deadline
The complete payment (100%) must be made at least 15 days before the commencement of the yatra from Dehradun (or any other designated helicopter base). -
Non-payment Clause
Any delay in payment on the due dates will result in cancellation of the booking without any refund. -
Boarding Restriction
Passengers will not be allowed to board or start the tour unless full and final payment has been made within the specified deadlines.
